1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Bluecamp, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the service. Bluecamp is operated from Israel and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
2. Service Description
Bluecamp provides a toolset for authorized penetration testing, bug-bounty research, and offensive-security automation using AI agents. You may only use Bluecamp on systems and applications you own or have explicit written permission to test. Misuse of the service for illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
3. Registration & Account
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your company and role. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. By creating an account you represent that you are authorized to use offensive security tooling for your stated purpose.
4. Communications & Marketing
By registering, you agree that we may contact you about your account, selected package, product updates, and related marketing offers. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe link and you may opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect account-related notices.
5. Privacy & Data
We collect only the personal information necessary to operate the service: your name, email, optional company and role, and usage data related to your account. We do not sell your personal information. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no security measure is perfect. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law.
6. Payments & Pricing
Pricing is listed per plan and may be billed monthly or annually. The Teams / Enterprise plan is custom and requires a sales conversation. We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bluecamp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You are solely responsible for how you use the platform. We are not liable for damages arising from unauthorized testing, data loss, or service interruptions.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
